Caithness Riding Club was formed in 1973 by a small group of riders and we now have in excess of 130 members! We are the most northernly riding club on the UK Mainland. We pride ourselves on being very well organised, friendly, with an emphasis on having fun. We welcome new members and we cater for all standards of riding.
Throughout the year we hold various training weekends, competitions, hacks, a camp weekend and social events. This usually includes two shows - one in the spring and one in the summer. We also hold several fun jumping competitions throughout the year along with a dressage league.
Our AGM is held each October and that is when we award prizes for those who have achieved success during the year. This also turns into a fun social evening!
